A的问题有两个。首先，and所连接的并列成分要做到结构、词性、含义、时态等方面的对等，但在此选项中，and所连接的前后两个成分时态不一致；其次，使用句子的形式显然没有B选项采用两个动词不定式表达更简洁清楚。

针对本题，at once后面是个形容词，所以划线部分必须是“and＋形容词”的结构，只有E符合。
