2.小组合作的“参与者”

教师是学生学习活动的组织者，更是学习活动的参与者。小组合作学习应构建民主、平等、和谐的师生关系，使师生之间的沟通与合作、互动与交往更加积极融洽，有效缓解学生与教师沟通的心理障碍，提高参与小组活动的积极性和主动性。

3.小组活动的“激发者”
