2.小组合作的“参与者”

教师是学生学习活动的组织者，更是学习活动的参与者。小组合作学习应构建民主、平等、和谐的师生关系，使师生之间的沟通与合作、互动与交往更加积极融洽，有效缓解学生与教师沟通的心理障碍，提高参与小组活动的积极性和主动性。

3.小组活动的“激发者”

在小组合作教学中，教师对一些具有启迪学生思维和教育意义的问题，要善于激发，让学生展开讨论，通过讨论，让学生得到感悟，强化学生对文本的理解和体会。此外，在小组合作学习过程中，教师要仔细倾听小组学生的讨论，记录出现的典型错误，适时地指出学生在英语语言活动中出现的错误，并及时更正，帮助学生走向成熟。还要对个别注意力不集中的学生予以关注，及时提醒他们重新参与到小组学习，并向他们提供个别指导。
